General Provisions
1. Definitions and Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between all users of the baazi 365 platform ("Member" or "you") and baazi 365 ("Platform", "we", "us"). The term "Service" as used in these Terms refers to the baazi 365 website, mobile application, sports betting, casino games, live casino, fishing games, and any other digital products.
By accessing the platform or opening an account, you are considered to have voluntarily and fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the baazi 365 service.
baazi 365 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review this page regularly.
2. Account Registration and Use
Providing accurate and complete information is mandatory to become a member of baazi 365. During registration you must provide your real name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth. An account created with false or incomplete information may be cancelled at any time and any balance in the account may be forfeited.
Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, on the same device, or from the same IP address, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses or other benefits will be considered void.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If your account details are compromised or unauthorised access occurs, contact us immediately.
3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation
For Ages 21+
All services on baazi 365 are for persons aged 21 or above only. Upon request, or whenever necessary, baazi 365 may ask for a copy of your National ID card, passport, or birth certificate to verify your age and identity. Deposits, withdrawals, or bonus benefits may be suspended until verification is complete.
If a minor creates an account or someone operates an account on a minor's behalf, all transactions will be cancelled and deposited funds may not be returned. baazi 365 reserves the right to take all available legal remedies in such cases.
Financial Transactions and Bonuses
4. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
The approved payment methods for deposits and withdrawals on baazi 365 are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, if account verification is incomplete or a security check is ongoing, withdrawals may be delayed. All financial transactions must be carried out through a mobile banking account registered in the member's own name.
Using a third-party account to deposit or withdraw is strictly prohibited. If any such transaction is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the relevant funds may be held.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
All bonuses and promotional offers on baazi 365 are subject to specific conditions. Each offer has its own wagering requirement, and winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn without meeting that requirement.
Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
If any irregularity, multiple accounts, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities is found when claiming a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be closed. A bonus is never direct cash; it becomes withdrawable only after the conditions are met.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets and gaming activity on baazi 365 are carried out in accordance with the applicable gaming rules. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, although a cash-out option may apply in certain cases.
For sports betting, if a match or event is cancelled the stake for that bet will be refunded. baazi 365 is not liable for any loss caused by data feed delays in live betting. We reserve the right to void any bet that shows an abnormal result due to a technical error.
For casino and slot games, the rules of the game software provider apply. Winnings resulting from a software error will not be considered valid; in such cases the error will be corrected and the balance recalculated.
Restrictions and Liability
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baazi 365 platform:
- Attempting to obtain bonuses by fraudulent means, such as using multiple accounts or false identities.
- Using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to carry out betting or gaming.
- Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
- Communicating with staff using threats, harassment, or offensive language.
- Copying or distributing any platform content without permission.
If any of the above violations are detected, the account will be closed immediately, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
8. Account Suspension and Closure Policy
baazi 365 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account without prior notice for any reason, including in particular:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Account information found to be false or misleading.
- An account may be temporarily held during a security investigation.
- Where directed by a court or regulatory authority.
If a member wishes to close their own account, they may request this via live chat or email. Eligible balances should be withdrawn before the account is closed; however, if any matter is under review, the balance may be held.
9. Limitation of Liability
baazi 365 makes every effort to keep its service running and reliable. Nevertheless, our liability is limited in the following situations:
- If a game or bet is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection or a technical failure.
- In the event of a delay or failure by a third-party payment service.
- If service is disrupted due to a natural disaster or other unavoidable circumstances.
- If loss occurs due to a problem with the member's own device or network.
baazi 365 does not compensate for gambling losses under any circumstances. Our maximum liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the service will not exceed the total amount deposited by the member in that month.
Privacy, Responsibility and Other Matters
10. Privacy and Personal Data
Keeping your personal information secure is our priority. Information collected during registration and transactions is used solely for operating the service, verifying identity, and ensuring security. Disclosure of information to third parties is limited and applies only where legally required.
